well.
I worked on Christmas Eve doing 3 services and not getting to bed till midnight.
Up at 4 and to the airport with DH.
On a plane and sitting in airports and in transit ( 2 airports, rental car shuttle, drive from airport to kids’ house, etc) for 12 hours.
Ate pretty much nothing all day (some raisins, coffee, a yogurt and a fruit cup). Saved it for a delicious dinner and my first wine and sugar (dessert) for 100 days. (Our 100 day “Nodrinking Nodesserts” ended on Christmas.

Enjoyed a really great party inspire of exhaustion and jet lag. Loved having wine again, but on an empt stomach it did a number on me.

Ate 169% of my calorie allowance.

Determined to hang on to the loss that I’ve worked so hard for over this vacation. It will be hard and I want to enjoy wine, bread, cheeses... we are in Sonoma, after all.

Hoping I can enjoy this without getting too anxious about it or falling off the wagon all together.
