after a week of hard manual labour i am holding a bit of water.
I can not only tell on the scale, but my muscles are so full of water that i can hardly move. My hands are protesting as we speak. i really love the result of my work, and lets hope that the water will leave my body soon.
Chrismas at the out-laws will be a blast today (not), but my resolve is great. x-mas is NOT about the food!!!!
i wish you all the same resolve! think of it this way,
after today you can either be back on square one, or you can be one little step nearer your goal!!!!

I plan to enjoy my food the next couple of days. It won't take long to get back to where I am now, and I'm ready for a break! Merry Xmas to you to!
