It sure is hard to get back on track after stopping totally. I am doing ok with the yoga but have not gotten back in the pool, and Delany's walks have not really been happening either. We did go last night. but last night I had a terrible day and fell off of even trying to do anything. I had soda at work which I havent had for months and I ate a ton of taco bell which I didn't need and followed it up with popcorn I wasn't hungry for. I am trying to create a positive energy today and woke up and did yoga and am eating yogurt. I know I will get back on track I just have to try harder.
