Good Morning Atkineers!
I have reached my goal weight...Lowest weight in about 20+ years, this is the 3rd goal I have reached, I have lowered my goal two times before because I kept losing...Now I am thinking I need to set a new one, eat more carbs, and try to decide what new foods I want to add :) Back to the NANY book for some "Atkins foods" for my brain...
This has been an amazing ride...I am beyond THRILLED!
