It has been so hot this past week I haven't felt much like eating until the temps drop in the evening. I was sick to my stomach off and on most of the week too. I'm thinking I picked up stomach flu from somewhere. All in all it hasn't been to bad of a week. I just wish I couldn't make myself stick to my 1500 RDI a little better. Well that an making myself workout a little earlier. I was really tired most of the week too.
