found out yesterday was type 2 diabetic
have to remeber to eat when it is needed
235.2 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 70.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sorry you learned you are a diabetic. I want to lose too so I can be healthier and not cause health problems. Been there done that. The good news is you are paying attention to your foods and will lose the weight! We pretty much weigh the same, if you need a buddy add me. I know we can do this. : )

Thank you, I have a family history of diabetes so I knew it would be in my future one way or another. I am lucky because I have lost a lot of weight in the past even to the point of hitting 180 lbs. The problem was to keep it off when the going got tough. So it is always do-able if we put our minds in the right place. Thank you for the comment.
