Today is December 15, 2015. I have been a bad girl, but I am back and going to do better. Since we last met, I have had heart surgery in 2014 and it is critical I make an effort to keep my weight under 150, which means I have nearly 50 lbs to shed :( I have a buddy, you need a buddy, really, say it again..... YOU NEED A BUDDY! OK. Let's get started.
