Love love love this new weight watcher program. I've been doing it for 7 weeks and now I am .8 from my goal. I was really stuck before. It teaches you to eat less added sugars and saturated fat and more protein and veggies. I thought I was going to die the first week, but as I have weaned myself off the loads of sugar I was consuming, I find I don't crave them as much. I am a big fan of new program. It's almost Christmas and I am pretty sure I am going to hit my goal before Christmas. It's been a long time in coming, I am so excited. I'm down to a size 8 and had to buy all new clothes, bummer huh? Such a good feeling!
145.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
