July 1, 2016 This is my goal date. I know that means I have to lose 3.5 pounds per week. I understand that there are times I will not meet that weekly goal and that is okay. this is not a all or nothing goal date. This is a date to meet at least half my goal weight. of 50 pounds and that does make it a realistic goal date and a goal I intend to reach.
I know you guys are so supportive and I thank each and everyone of you for your support, comments and encouragement. I wish each and every member on this site great success in their desire to get healthier and lose some weight. K
