I need to change a lot of what I eat, as I sit thinking about all the sugar I put into my body. I don't even bother with dinner anymore...I skip straight to the desert and then some. The way I have been figuring is that I just eat what I really want and don't add the extra calories of the stuff I don't really want. I do tend to eat a little more than I should. I'm not gaining weight since I have been doing this but still somehow feel guilty.

I used to eat a box of pop tarts with a pot of coffee for breakfast. Or a box of Little Debbie strawberry rolls and half a gallon of milk. For dinner I would eat a whole pizza from Papa John's, Pizza Hut, or Little Caesars and a liter of Coca-Cola. Or a double order of Chinese take-out. Or whatever sounded good any time of day or night, you get the idea. When you feel like your life sucks gaining weight doesn't mean much in the grand scheme of things.
