Hey everyone! I guess I have to give up butter. Oh yeah, the Bread too! :)

I love Sour Dough bread. Hubby brought home a big loaf of fresh Sour Dough bread. I tried it!...O.M. with butter...well you know! : ) I kept saying, "This has to go to the raccoon's." But no, I ate it instead! :) Uhh! I only have myself to blame, I know! :~P

I am going to the gym and doing the 30-10 second exercise. My understanding of this plan is, that you continue to burn calories for two days. I am posting the YouTube below, for those of you who maybe interested. I don't use the dumbbells, but I use the gym equipment instead. I think that you get the same results with gym equipment. : ) (light weights, fast Reps)

Ann, in looking at the exercises, there is nothing "special" to them, but are solid in what they are setup to achieve. However, if you are looking to burn calories for two days post workout, this just doesn't happen. This is referring to Post-EPOC (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption). EPOC was all the rage a few years ago with HIIT training, and claims of how you will continue to burn additional calories for 24-48hrs afterwards, however, it hasn't stood up to clinical testing. And so standard weight-lifting remains the best way to "burn" calories, or what people really want is fat mobilization and utilization.
