Unhealthy eating habits due to going home for brothers funeral. Depression
173.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

diet is secondary at this time. So sorry for your loss. Words can never be expressed to ease the pain but just get through and worry about you and what's ahead. You will get through it.

It is always emotionally devastating to lose a family member, especially during Christmas. Food will not fill the void in your heart. Hold onto your best and happiest memories of your brother to help get you through the holidays and the future. (I've had three close relatives die on Dec. 23rd & 24th.)

so sorry. one of the most painful losses you can experience. find a soft pillow and hang on. Matcha tea is comforting as any food when I'm all curled up and life busts me in the gut.
