24 days, and I've only missed a maybe 2 or 3 of exercise. It's becoming easier to walk further, and faster. when I started my feet would get numb after 15 minutes, and wouldn't "Wake up" for another 15 or so. Ankles swelling alarmingly.. Now I'm starting strong, and finishing fast, and no numb feet. I know it's just 11 lbs, but that and the daily exercise has made a difference already. ...And that feels good.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
