Not doing well on drinking water at all. Also, I'm not hungry and food doesn't sound good so I'm not eating enough today. I am in ketosis but it's not healthy this way so tomorrow I'll do better - eat enough protein, fats and those darn veggies... It's nice having this site to check in on!
