Cleared by Doctor yesterday to regular activities after being in liver failure. So super excited to start Crossfit again.

Here's to getting the steroid weight gain off even though I'm still on them.
202.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 52.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
