So today is Tuesday the first of December, in the last few days I have been upping my exercise and lowering my calorie intake! As I do not currently own a scale I cannot weigh myself to see if I have made any progress, I am beginning to feel better but also have gotten a small cold. Win some lose some lol

Anyway I am just excited to see what I can accomplish by the time I fly back to my hometown! I cannot wait to see if I can be what I want to be and healthier all around!

So glad I found this site!

It sounds like you're on the right track with increasing activity and lower calorie intake. Even without a scale you can use other things to measure progress, such as how your clothes fit, how you feel, and inches if you have a tape measure. Congrats on the good start, wishing you lots of success!

I use the tape measure once a month on the first and put the info by date and alphabetically from breast to ankle including upper arms and knees because that's where I carry a lot of my weight
