yep, I started trying to lose 15, now I'm on track for losing 25#. But I know it's possible and I was overindulging constantly. Make a 7 day goal. You can do anything for seven days.

Getting upset won't change it. Use your frustration as motivation to make some changes. Try weighing in more often so that you can work on your weight when it first starts to go up instead of once it is already out of control.
