7 weeks out from LA fit expo and I wanna make a great impression. I'm on my game!!! 16 lbs in 7 weeks is the goal!!!! Give it my all and be happy with the results!
206.6 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
