Down a tiny bit. Here's to hoping it will start rolling off...


I had a couple of minutes this morning so I did 1/2 mile (60+ calories) on the treadmill in under 9 minutes. Most of the time it was at 3% grade though I started at 0% to get warmed up.

Maybe I can finally get motivated to get on more often, especially since it's to cold to go out and walk for us, at least with the wind blowing.....
214.6 lb Lost so far: 59.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

Squeezing time on the TM is a great start to finding an alternative to outdoor exercise . . . nice job!
