Well not a bad start to this challenge. Just need to make sure that I watch my diet with the festive season approaching as that means lots of entertaining and being entertained. Main downfall for me will be nibbles being offered around and so I must stay strong, and if I do stumble must do the exercise to counteract any damage.
125.7 lb Lost so far: 24.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I turned down chocolate biscuits today, I couldn't believe it! Who is this strange woman inhabiting my skin? I didn't even really look at them! And I know that you're much more sensible than me!
