Maddog-'s Journal, 30 November 2015

Well for me its about Monday to Monday and making sure I come out on the right side of any battles I may Have during the week (like thanksgiving, holidays, just a weekend party) there may always be ups and down but I love to see Monday to Monday drops and today showed a nice 6 lb drop with 2 of it coming last night. and I was thinking i actually FEEL like i am in Ketosis, of course it could all be in my head.
Beat my short term goal by 18 days, which is good I guess as I am facing knee surgery on Wednesday, so I am hoping I can recover and not pack on but still lose, will be interesting.
