I went to a bachelorette party over the weekend and had a little too much to drink, which led to some excessive carb consumption. Now I'm getting back on track. I just feel like I'm so hungry and it's driving me crazy! Hopefully it goes away in a few days of eating normally!
226.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 66.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1358 kcal Fat: 95.82g | Prot: 99.49g | Carb: 22.67g.   Breakfast: Johnsonville Sausage Patty, Coffee, Bacon, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked). Lunch: Oscar Mayer P3 protein ham cheddar almond. Dinner: Turkey Meat, Mashed Cauliflower, Kraft American Cheese Slice, Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled). Snacks/Other: Sargento Colby Jack Cheese Sticks. more...
