Now all the craft fairs are done for the season. I will get back on track for recording my food intake. I have not been doing good recording on fatsecret for the daily menu. Does anyone else have this problem? Maybe a good solution is keeping a note pad of paper with me to at least write it down, then later put it to the food record.
Today I was able to tie an apron behind my back by myself for the first time in a very long time. That in it's self is an accomplishment. I will also be going to the gym 5 days a week, until it gets too cold for the asthma.
One day and one step at a time.

Small battles won! And yes, a lot of people write down what they eat during the day and log it at night. Alternatively, if you have a smart phone, you can download the Fat Secret app and log in your phone as you go along.
