Well started a new job on Saturday; well more of a new position. It requires a lot of walking back and forth within the department. Yesterday, I walked a total of 6.2 miles during work and it says on my tracker a total of almost 900 kcal. I am liking this. I am forced to "exercise / walk" at least 5 days a week and I don't expect this to slow down. Now I have to get back to good eating though last night's dinner was grilled shrimp (using olive oil) on spinach (really great btw). Unfortunately, the urge for sweet was high and I did hit the Crunch and Munch popcorn. Well there is always tomorrow.
