Happy Sunday all!!!

So the other day I was at the store and decided to grab some lemons. In the past two days I've been putting a few slices in my water bottle and I've gone from drinking very little water each day to atleast 2 liters a day!

I feel much better being hydrated and it's been helping me not to snack so much.

I feel proud of myself for sticking to my diet so far, even if it's only been 3 days, and for cutting out all my snacks and extra coffees.
