Today is Day one of starting over. Let myself gain back all my past weight and then some. I have given myself a realistic goal of getting to my goal weight of 120 lbs in one year.
I am tired of being fat, I am tired of hiding my rolls and buying baggy t-shirts to cover them. I am beautiful and THIS IS NOT MY STORY!!!
Wish me luck.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I am in the same boat 120 lbs by Christmas 2016. We can do this. It is only a little over 2 lbs a week.

Good for you! I regained what I had lost as well. But I have to do it for my health. I don't know what happens for me to lose my focus.... Not this time.

I have gained 2.5 pounds over the holiday. I am trying to get back on track. I want to be down to 175 by April. I'm back up at 220lbs now.

When you start documenting everything you eat and drink then you will see why you are gaining. I am trying to eat 1200/day but am usually eating 1800 and its so hard to get down to that low amount of cals. Once you get used to eating only this much the weight will come off fast. I have done this before but got off track and so I have just started back to documenting cals . If I could only not eat and drink so much I would lose. Everyday I try to do better. Thats all we can do. Ps, I am a nurse too for 20 years.

I empathize with you!!! I was done feeling self-concious about myself, when I knew that I am beautiful : ) I'm done feeling bad about myself and Im done with being overwieght. I eat about 1200 cal a day but after dieting for 3 weeks I am starting to platua. this time around, instead of quiting when the going gets tough, I am gonna stick this out till I lose what I need to be healthy and look thin!!! PS I am a nurse as well. (MOre of a newbie than lakeontario)
