I messed up the calendar, Friday is actually Thursday. That said, I was very proud of my daily intake for a Thanksgiving. The calorie burn is insufficient but I did work out in the morning and passed on; seconds, gravy, and desserts including cheese cake and pecan pie. This is my best calorie count I can remember on a Thanksgiving Day. 'Power to the People'/
174.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

They didn't offer cheese cake or pecan pie at my sister in laws'! Probably a good thing they didn't. Would have been tough to walk away ;)
