I did several years ago with my therapist. Would love to get back into it but there are very few that offer the classes. Tai chi is more popular.

Not specifically but strangely enough learnt many breathing tecniques similar to this during my aerobic training days. I still use this after a good cardio session or stressful day at work. Very easy to do but great for focus and energy rejuvination.

others I mean. I am thinking of trying it 3 times a wk. I like that I don't have to leave the house to do it.

No but I practise pranayama *sometimes*, before meditating.

I've been trying to learn Yang style Tai Chi to complement my taekwondo training. I had a Chinese instructor for a while, but she moved to Houston before I learned very much.

zaza-gabor: Yay for pranayama!! Good for you!! ~~ I too am interested in Tai Chi and pranayama. Heavy metal dancing is fun, only it messes up my back sometimes, but I'll stop when I can no longer do it. I want to incorporate a gentler activity and strength training.
