Yay, this will be the last week I will be triple figure weight, rewarded myself with 2 chocolate thins that were lovely but I could have eaten 10 so I put them away after 2, my willpower is strong now!
220.7 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
