So I meant today is the first day of the challenge. So I am motivated. Water, exercise, 5 meals ans snacks. Not sure what veggie you eat for breakfast. Do you count a tomato as a fruit or a vegetable? Good breakfast- a lice of toast with marmite and a slice of tomato. Yum. Birthday is over-no excuses. The last of the cake is still in the house but I will let hubby finish it. I must do this for me, my health and my family. I will feel so much better if I do. Maybe the aches in my joints will go away.

Ranchwoman, I like to saute onions and peppers in a skillet and add 2 beaten eggs or egg substitute. This helps me get my veggies in my breakfast. It's really yummy too. Good Luck!
