disappointing....but this wt is the scale at home....did not gain as much as I was thinking....time to get back on the horse....i slacked off over the last 3 months or so.....oh well, onward.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
