I woke up Saturday morning, weighed myself and was instantly depressed. How is it, after 2 months of eating almost completely awesome, power walking, and going to the gym, that my weight keeps bobbing around. Up and down constantly. I was up 3 pounds so decided to have a big cheat day. It had been quite a while that I'd eaten anything really really bad. Bring on the banquet burger, fries and gravy etc, etc, etc... I really enjoyed myself, but the bad news is, my one day splurge turned into 3. Thankfully, today has been a better day. Sigh...
