Correction Days, are your friend! Happy Dance! The key is to stop in your bad habit tracks, and get back to the business of getting that new figure. The temporary pleasure, isn't worth losing the new confidence and pride GAINED WHEN, I lost the weight.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 38.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Congrats on the drop, you have the right attitude! My MIL used to say nothing tastes as good as being thin feels. :)

She is soooooo, right! I love it when I feel skinny....and when I mess up, I go around feeling awful about myself. Not happy, nor healthy! I worked so hard (we all have), so I'm not going to give in and lose my new Happy Place.
