My plateau week ended just in time for Thanksgiving!!
During thanksgiving, instead of gabbing a little bit of everything, I am going to try and eat only 3 food items at a time. I am hoping this will force me to slow down eating while giving my mind time to catch up with my stomach.

That is a great idea! Especially if I pick turkey, some green vegetable and a little potato.

That IS a great idea!! I'm lucky that I don't care much for sweets, but I do like some carb heavy food! But if I limit how much I put on my plate, I can pretty easily, for example, pass up a roll for veggies (<--I guess I should consider myself lucky that I love veggies so much!)
