Really difficult travelling and living in a hotel. 195 days away from home but started getting back into the zone by cutting out alcohol as a start.
201.9 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I've dropped alcohol too for awhile and find it really effective and motivating. It must be so hard to stay on track when traveling as much as you do!
