Hello Mwani. Great you are back to exercises, rake it easy now. If you are not sleeping well and tired all the times the best you can do is try to rest....anyway. It can take time to lose the weight after pregnancy, but it's possible. I did it. I'm slimmer that before pregnancy (my daughter is 21 month). Breastfeeding helped but I always try to eat healthy and be active. I have no one to help me with my baby so when she was little I used to train with her (using her as a weight for example). I go for walk a lot with her in the baby carrier (I still do it). Since she turned 1 I go 4 running with her in a special pushchair. If you want any ideas or "advices" I could help Don't be hard to yourself and enjoy the journey. Ps:how old are you? (I'm 38) Are you breastfeeding?

Hi Lane, thanks your comment , my baby is 14 weeks old and u only breast fed her for three months and she didn't want the breast anymore, although she does take the breast occasionally for comfort. I love exercise and I tend to go gym 5/6 times a week and I also do enjoy running and have previously done marathons(half marathons), I know the weight will eventually drop and I can feel a lot lighter already. My next weigh in is December and I hope in would have dropped a lot by then. Will keep updating you of my progress Hun xx
