I find myself eating the same types of food , day in and day out, makes it easier to keep track on here (no searching required) and stay around 1500 calories a day. I have been paying close attention to all the added sugars in our food and am trying to eat fresh.

Has anyone ever noticed a picture , taken of a large group of people, that was taken back in the 50's? Most everyone is slim. Sure makes a person think about the changes in our foods and food choices and conveniences of modern life.

Processed foods, and sugar, flour, MSG, HFCS among many other food additives really hit people with certain metabolisms really hard.
