Your body is adapting to your new lifestyle, now is the time to change it up perhaps switch the kick boxing to 3 days and the trainer to 3 days and walk at lunch if possible. The main thing hang in there and you will get over the hump. I know it is tough but hang in there you can do it.

When I was losing weight, and hit a plateau, my trainer would completely change up my workouts. When working out with her, we might switch from heavy weight/low reps to low weight/high reps with cardio. If I had been running for cardio, I'd switch to the stair climber. Stuff like that. I'd do it every month. Actually, when I hit my worst plateau (nothing was working), I switched to swimming for cardio. The last bit of extra weight just melted off after that. I'm horrible at swimming, but I don't drown, so I didn't care. Worth a shot doing your same amount of exercise, but just switching up what you are doing during that time.

Thanks for the advise. I will try switching up my workouts a bit- specially on the weekends too. For kickboxing it is never the same. she always makes us do different things, some days its the bag, some days its cross fit and she makes different obstacles. Ill give switching my workouts a try

How about water? how much do you drink - I assume you already do it. I know you need carbs - and this may be counter intuitive, but maybe increase the healthy fats...slip in 20-25 almonds instead of a piece of fruit. fruit is all sugar carbs...nuts have some fats, proteins, fiber...and dairy is always a problem for me so I avoid it.

I do drink a lot of water, also have water with tea so I think my water is ok. Ill make sure to keep it up though. I will try replacing my fruit with some nuts. Just need to find some I like. I am not a big plain nut fan...i usually can live without nuts unless im baking. Maybe ill look for some hazelnuts

With all the exercise your doing you are building muscle, which weighs more than fat so get rid of the scale and measure yourself instead that's what I do.

Good point, I am getting to focused on the scale. But sometimes I weigh myself so I can calculate my body fat using my body fat calculator. But I suppose I should only do that every 30 days

I feel ok, but I want to see more definition in my abs and arms and back. Being in the 150s is the heaviest I have ever been. I think Ideally I should be around 135-140
I think I need to keep my diet clean and full of real whole foods. I also think I will try not to go over board on thanks giving since I have two thanksgivings this year
