Help coach a football game today in 100 degree heat and I ran 3 miles up and down the field according to my pedometer. I was tired and worn out. I didn't have breakfast before the game and I drank muscle milk and the game was at 11am. I ate egg whites (4) and baked chicken wings (3) for lunch and took my daughter shopping. I am tired and I think I will take the rest of the week off from working out. I am still feeling the pain from the Pilates work out yesterday,
