hi all! so i guess i am feeling a little frustrated cause i weigh myself daily and haven't lost anything since i weighed in on wednesday....i know that is silly, and i am staying on program with no cheating...i document every morsel i put into my mouth. just wish i could get in the 150's because it will feel like such an accomplishment. my body is changing, clothing is looser, i am sleeping better, and have more energy. i have been craving carbs, but steering clear of them. staying on plan when i work is a challenge....carbs carbs carbs...everywhere i look. it is so hard not to have a bite or two, but i have to keep telling myself that it just isn't worth it...i feel so good right now so what would be the point of eating that whoopie pie? gas, bloating, and nausea....YUCK!

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 August 2011:

I had to stop weighing myself every day because it was driving me crazy. Two weeks ago my scale showed nothing lost until the last day and then it showed that I lost 4 lbs. I was grateful but I drove myself nuts in the mean time.

I have to admit I have the same problem. Every morning I can't wait to weight - only to be disappointed. We shouldn't put ourselves through this pain and torture - but we do. Stay strong the weight will follow. Keep up the good work!!
