Bee really off track lately. Haven't been eating well at all. I am focused on getting myself back on track. Been tough since I just went back to work after 6 months off. I am so tired and trying to get myself into a good system for me.

Hope all of my buddies are doing well. I am sorry I have been absent, just trying to find a way to get everything done.

215.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Good to hear from you. I know what you mean. I went back to work about 1 month ago after being off for 2 years. I work full time and start college back up this wed. I've been eating well, and haven't gained any weight, but it is VERY hard with a very busy schedule. I bring my food and eat on my breaks to get enough food in. Good luck and good hearing from you! It is great to see you back again. I missed you! Getting back into a work schedule after that long of an absence is tough. You'll soon get back to managing work and your food intake again. You are a very determined lady! Thanks for checking in!

Hang in there. You have done very well so far, this is just a bump in the road! It is very difficult to adapt when your whole world seems to have shifted, but I know you will find your track in your new environment.
