Well... As often happens I've had some set backs in the last couple months, but started afresh on November 1st. I have a bad habit of letting cheat days happen without accountability - I avoid entering calorie intake on those days. No More! My goal is to be as accurate and truthful as possible even when I have an off day. I think it's helping!

Yesterday I had a birthday party to go to and I KNEW there was no way I'd be able to resist the goodies. So I diligently kept my intake way down during the day to give myself as much room to play with as I could for booze and cake. As a results, although I still went far over my daily goal, I went far less over than I've done in the past. And because I actually recorded it, the red tracker is blazing at me to remind me to keep it down today.
