Day 3 of drinking green smoothies and eating cleaner foods and I feel really good today. I'm feeling a lot lighter and way less tired than usual. I was able to wake up this morning and had the motivation to step on the scale. Checking my progress everyday and going to see how far I get in 10 days on this cleanse.
