I'm thinking this weight gain is more a result of my salty dinner last night than anything else.
228.6 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Calorie Count   gaining 1.5 lb a week

Those gains suck, but are pretty insignificant. Less than 1% of a body that consist of 75% water. And salt loves to draw water in . . . Since I started losing I've noticed that I want salt more often. Not when I go out, but I have been salting almost everything I make for myself--much more than I used to. I also seeking salty snacks. Have you experienced any kind of change in tastes like that?
