Those gains suck, but are pretty insignificant. Less than 1% of a body that consist of 75% water. And salt loves to draw water in . . .
Since I started losing I've noticed that I want salt more often. Not when I go out, but I have been salting almost everything I make for myself--much more than I used to. I also seeking salty snacks.
Have you experienced any kind of change in tastes like that?
