Met with my nutritionist, officially down to 322. That's 19lbs!!! I'm awesome! Lol ;)
322.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1788 kcal Fat: 39.12g | Prot: 75.22g | Carb: 282.84g.   Breakfast: Silk Pure Almond Milk - Dark Chocolate (Container), Honeycrisp Apples, Bananas , Water , Lenny & Larry's The Complete Cookie - Snickerdoodle. Lunch: Bush's Best Reduced Sodium Garbanzo Beans, Mission Garden Spinach Herb Tortilla Wraps, Water , Grapes, Publix Frozen Kernel Corn, Publix Matchstick Carrots, Kraft Finely Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, Cucumber (with Peel) , Publix Spring Mix Salad Blend, Baby Spinach. Dinner: Publix Italian Blend Vegetables, Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce, Boca Original Chik'n Veggie Patties, Arnold Whole Wheat Sandwich Roll, Go Veggie American "Cheese" Slices. more...
