Starting again after a year of ups and downs and uncontrollable situations. Also just getting over a stomach virus, so I'm taking advantage of the 2 lb weight loss, which I'll probably gain back once my appetite returns. Hope not. Setting mini goals. Looking at 5 lbs at a time. Would like to lose a total of 20 lbs.
141.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
