I have gained back all 30 lbs I lost, so disappointed. Today I begin again. I am going to lose this weight!!
230.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1047 kcal Fat: 72.56g | Prot: 62.26g | Carb: 30.76g.   Breakfast: Coffee-Mate Italian Sweet Creme Creamer, Lipton Black Tea Bags, Hard-Boiled Egg. Lunch: Laughing Cow Mini Babybel White Cheddar, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Busseto Italian Dry Salami. Dinner: Butter, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Barbecued Pork Spareribs with Sauce. Snacks/Other: Skippy Extra Crunchy Super Chunk Peanut Butter, Trident Sugarless Gum with Xylitol. more...

We've got this! I had lost 88, put 28 back on, and am down 14 in just a couple of weeks. There's nothing to it that knowledge and commitment can't fix! :)

Welcome back! It is so darn easy to gain the weight back. But you know you can lose the pounds cause you already did. You've got this!

I've been there too... These changes that we make need to be permanent and not something we do for a month or two. What we thought was 'normal' got us here in the first place. It sure pays dividends once we accept that a new WOE is going to be something that is essentially forever if we want to maintain our gains/losses.
