We should all be thankful for what we have. Self approval is critical in improving attitudes and eating habits...I was able to donate all the Halloween Candy I hadn't yet eaten to my daughter, who will take it to work today.
173.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
