Greetings, I understand your frustration. I might suggest you reduce your carbs a bit and increase your protein. At the bottom of your food diary each day there is a circular chart that shows the protein, fat and carbs in percentages. Also drink at least 80 ounces of water every day. Good Luck!

There are a lot of variables to take into consideration when addressing a question like this, my first question would be how often are you weighing? Weighing too often can led to disappointment and frustration. What sort of diet are you on? If what you're doing doesn't work for you try a different approach. Address those two concerns and go from there!

is your carbs % above 50%? if so try taking it down to 20% for a week and see if that works.
