Switched from Brazilian Butt Lift to 30 Day Shred. I don't like dancing. Why did buy I BBL???? I do feel sore from the tape, but don't like the dancing. Maybe I'll still do regime but substitute the dance tapes for a kickboxing tape.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Question Would it be okay to do 25 push ups and 25 squats in a day OR 50 exclusively of each?
